We recently moved into a new house and had all out windows and doors I replaced by this company. The job was done properly with no extra fees and delays. Huge thank you Smart Choice Windows and Doors. Highly recommend this company if you need the job done on timely manner and properly. 5+++

These guys were great from start to finish. I am so glad I went with them. All the employees were super genuinely nice. Were understanding about my mixup with getting the window installed. The price was very reasonable in fact cheaper then other places which jacked the price after the initial quote. Their quote remained consistent. The technicians were prompt, efficient and were respectful of someone sleeping who worked nights! Just pick these guys.

My husband and I highly recommend Fenex Windows and Doors. The salesperson was most professional and we’re extremely pleased with our new front door. The installers Adrien Boisvert and James Dean are extremely professional, courteous and meticulous! They make an outstanding team! Thank you !!!

If I could have given 10 stars I would have. Went in to buy some casing which I found for 1/3 of the price than the big box stores are asking. Order was processed so quickly and John, the owner, cut them down so I could fit them in my car. He was so friendly and entertained my numerous questions, patiently explaining how I could resolve another issue I was having with a challenging ceiling beam. Although a 20 minute drive for me, well worth driving for much longer than that to get the product and service that this small business has to offer. I will be back!

We did a whole gut job in our house in Westmount and Pella came highly recommended. It was the worst experience we have ever had with any vendor in our year long major reno job. They are super responsive when it comes to the sale but then our installation date got pushed back 3 months when they had initially promised a 6 weeks delivery to install date.When they did come to do the job finally (after we called multiple times, showed up in person, threaten to take legal action!!!) they did not complete it then we had to go through this whole ordeal again for them to come back to install the flashings. Not to mention that the owner clearly has personality issues and was menacing and a pain to deal with.Thank god they are not the ones who actually make the product as it’s made in the US by Pella but Pella should really shut this vendor down.Avoid at all costs!!!!

We had some older odd sized casement windows in the upper section of our home that weren’t very efficient- you could hear right through the glass - when the wind blew - you could hear a whistle sound !Brock doors & windows rep came by, showed us some window styles, shared their promo upgrades & we were impressed. We ordered the new windows, it was sectioned into 4 double hung vinyl windows & we had them installed earlier than promised !Windows block out sound , energy efficient & are very good looking !Thank you Brock doors & windows
